Home Care: Client Care & Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)


Part-Time – Purpose-Driven & Flexible

Salary:
$18–$24 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience, flexibility, and demonstrated ability in client coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct client intake calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Schedule and participate in in-home assessments and caregiver introductions
  • Help develop personalized service plans in collaboration with the RN
  • Support recruiting efforts and assist with caregiver onboarding tasks
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client visits efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client data using our scheduling or HR systems
  • Respond to urgent scheduling or client concerns when needed
  • Accompany the administrator or RN on occasional outreach visits to facilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred (home care, healthcare, or staffing agency)
  • At least 1 year of experience in home care, caregiving, or client coordination
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • A self-starter with a heart for purpose-driven work
  • Comfort with systems like Gusto, BambooHR, Google Workspace (training provided)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to attend events or conduct field visits
  • A heart to serve and a mindset rooted in faith, community, and family
